Shipping

We freshly roast coffee every Monday and ship every Tuesday. Orders placed by midnight on Sunday (including coffee subscriptions) will ship to you that week!

All non-coffee items (coffee brewing equipment, merch, candles, etc.) are shipped by the next business day.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your freshly roasted coffee, send us a message and we will arrange for a free replacement shipped to you.

At this time, we do not replace coffee due to incorrect grind size selection at checkout. For best flavor, we recommend choosing our whole bean coffee, and grinding it fresh right before you brew it. Please message us if you have any questions about which grind size to choose for your preferred brewing method at home. We are here for you!

Free returns are available on any unopened products in original condition within 14 days purchase.
